Ideal candidates must have:Work closely with the Consolidations, FP&A, GL, GDW business leaders on strengthening solutions and providing key business valueManage Projects/Initiatives that serve internal Finance customersDevelops strong relationships, provides services to these business areas, comprehends current condition, business needs, strategies, and plans and recommends cost effective changes for existing processes and systemsUse comprehensive knowledge of business practices to navigate through data and technology challengesWork closely with the business on reporting and data analytics needsProvide coordination and direction to offshore technical development and support teamsStays current with technology trends and innovations and collaborates with IS Architecture & Governance, Integration, Infrastructure, Data Architects, Security, Data Privacy and other groups to ensure right adoption of business solution used by these areasManage improvement/business process transformation initiative/projects with focus on the Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Modernization Initiative to go live in 2026The role will also be accountable for ensuring compliance with Client PMO procedures including creating and presenting tollgates, reporting on project status, and coordination with the business and implementation partnerThe position works in partnership with the business global process owners enhancing, transforming, and implementing solutions; bridging the gap between business strategy and rite sized technology solutions which fit in a complex technology ecosystemThe Project Manager also is well connected with business partners specifically focused on global initiatives within the Consolidations, FP&A, GL, and GDW space as well as strong partnership with the Enterprise Applications Lead TeamEducation:Technical degree: Information Systems, Engineering or Business AdministrationQualifications:5+ years of IT PM experience with Hyperion HFM or Oracle EBS FinancialsExperience managing migration projects is preferredCloud platform experience is preferredMust have knowledge and experience with Oracle ERP R12: General LedgerGood understanding of IT Service Management, IT compliance / Sarbanes-Oxley and data privacy regulationsUnderstanding of Project Management methodologies and experience with presentations to business contactsUnderstands the importance of data single source and data linageTechnical programming skills with PL/SQL, Power BI, Shell Scripting, Oracle Application FND architecture - Preferred
