Project Manager for Digital Platform IntegrationThis will be leading a project for their Digital Platform integration. They will be coordinating with multiple technology vendors onboard technologies to support their small business division, looking for experience integrating Salesforce and Identity Access Management.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and highly motivated cross-functional project manager to join RSL's IT PMO team who is eager to bring positive change. Role involves managing one of critical workstreams with multiple development teams of platform transformation program requiring coordinating with upstream, downstream and integration applications. This role is a unique opportunity to join a team and company for a multi-year platform transformation, whose work will have a direct impact on company direction, our customers, and our industry.What You'll DoPosition comprises managing medium to large scale strategic IT projects as part of multiyear IT transformation program aligned to organizational goals & strategyRole encompasses understanding the Agile processes, partnering with Product Owner, business leadership/project teamsRequires working with vendors/clients and keeping team focused by shielding/managing distractions to help deliver quality project on-time and on budget.Help bringing positive change, suggesting innovative, practical solutions to problems and managing projects across domains (technical/business)Desires taking up challenges & managing projects involving emerging technologies and methodologies.Work in hybrid working environment with flexibility to work onsite/remote as necessaryPrimary ResponsibilitiesProvide support to project team(s) by managing project scheduling, RAID management, change management, and status reportingProject duties include requirements gathering, guiding internal customers through the project life cycle, and supporting go-live and post-implementation support.Create and maintain project documents in various capacities and regularly conduct internal and external project reviews to work to improve processesManage/coordinate agile ceremonies with the Product Owners and concerned business partners and coach individuals in Agile processes and toolsHelp teams to clarify goals and activities to be on-track, ensure the correct use of agile process and monitor/eliminate team conflictsUnderstands a given business case, analyzes the results of any feasibility studies, and assists management with the core definition of a given projectWorks with Quality Assurance to assure results of deliverables meet accuracy standards and facilitates User Acceptance TestingBuild relationships of trust across functions and organizations; communicate goals, timelines, and deliverables effectively across teamRecommend improvements to established business processes while continuing to deliver high value in execution and tracking impactRefines and adjusts tactics to best suit organization and its project success.Assist peers and others in traditional and agile project management activitiesOther duties as defined by management, including RFI and RFP development and evaluation; vendor and partner managementRequired Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesUndergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related IT discipline8+ years of relevant experience managing and delivering large scale projects with minimum 5 years in an Agile and SAFe environmentMust be proficient with Agile Lifecycle Management tools (e.g., Microsoft Azure DevOps and Jira) as well as with presentation tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), etc.Excellent knowledge of Agile and Scrum with experience in coaching, mentoring and coaching junior Agile practitionersExperience participating in and facilitating discussions to client solutions, capturing and transforming business and technology requirementsExceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with demonstrated experience exercising mature judgment in delicate situationsDemonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level with the capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organizationShould have leadership experience with the ability to earn trust while challenging the team to improve and operate outside its comfort zoneThought leadership and influencer to help providing a technology vision to enable business strategies.Self-starter that enjoys and thrives in connecting people and technology to solve complex problems at-scaleStrong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent analytical and reasoning skillsAbility to be collaborative with individuals from diverse disciplines to optimize resultsExperience implementing best practices and standards related to Agile scrum development & testing practicesPreferredScrum Master/PMP Certification is strongly preferredSAFe agile certification would be desirableExperience in IT transformation including digital initiatives is desirableInsurance and healthcare industry knowledge is recommended******************************************************************* This project is working on Enterprise Datawarehouse Platform.
