Project ManagerSeeking a Project Manager to support an Intelligence Client. The Sponsor requires a Program Manager to support their program responsible for providing mission-critical training. This effort focuses on managing the suite of technologies supporting these training courses.
The Sponsor requires subject matter expertise managing the hardware, software, networks and systems underpinning the suite's operations, maintenance, development, upgrades, and security. The priorities and tasking will be managed by the GTM with input from the Sponsor. The Program Manager will work closely with Sponsor staff and contractor personnel, as well as external vendors and stakeholders, be involved in the development of technical equipment specifications, and work with external vendors to develop vendor quotations.
They will strategically oversee support software and hardware engineering and development efforts to maintain current and deliver new capabilities to enhance program priorities and identify issues or dependencies to Sponsor staff and work to resolve them as prioritized by the Government Task Manager with input from Sponsor's leadership.Required:Experience bringing programmatic discipline to the management of a complex systemsDemonstrated experience gathering and vetting new technical requirementsExperience identifying requirements and constraints pertaining to technical capabilities and solutions in support of training and educational exercisesProficiency providing technical leadershipDemonstrated experience cross-skilling and backfilling for teammatesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of Sponsor personnelDesired:Demonstrated experience using communication tools including push-to-talk technologyExperience using map imagery applicationsDemonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft cloud-based tools including Office 365, Azure, Entrap and TeamsDemonstrated experience working with Sponsor staff, contractor personnel, external vendors, and stakeholders in the development of technical equipment specificationsExperience working with external vendors to develop vendor quotationsPay:Target Salary Range: $92,000 to $200,000. The salary range listed represents the anticipated compensation for this position.
