IT Project ManagerLocation: Boston, MA Duration: 6 MonthsKey Responsibilities:Manage the full lifecycle of multiple IT projects from initiation through implementation and closeout.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, timelines, and project documentation.Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project goals, success criteria, and key deliverables.Lead project meetings, status reviews, and governance sessions while ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders.Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues to maintain project momentum.Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and business teams.Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies, governance standards, and organizational best practices.Coordinate activities with internal teams, business partners, vendors, and third-party implementation teams.Maintain project documentation, reports, and project repositories throughout the engagement.Support Computer System Validation (CSV) activities and ensure compliance with GxP requirements during project execution.Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve successful project outcomes.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.10+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects, preferably within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and project management best practices.Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS implementation projects.Experience leading projects involving GxP-regulated systems and Computer System Validation (CSV).Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality project delivery.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Preferred Qualifications:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Experience within biotechnology or pharmaceutical organizations.Experience managing software procurement and vendor relationships.
