IT Project Coordinator

To support the planning and execution of automotive diagnostic solutions, the full-time IT Project Coordinator will manage project coordination, requirements gathering, and launch readiness for proof-of-concept deployments in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Support end-to-end project coordination for proof-of-concept deployments across multiple regions Coordinate launch readiness activities across various teams to ensure all deliverables are completed before customer deployment Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders, facilitating meetings to align product expectations Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 5 years of experience in project coordination and launch readiness 5 years of experience in requirements gathering and engine diagnostic knowledge Strong facilitation skills for meetings and requirement reviews Ability to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and action trackers
