Florida Palm Integration Project Program ManagerThe Program Manager will work to achieve the goals and objectives of the Florida PALM Integration Project.Responsibilities include:Oversight and management of the Florida PALM Integration Program consisting of multiple systems and state agenciesDeveloping the program strategy, supporting business case, and various enterprise-wide high-level project plansEnsuring integration of systems and projects and adjusting project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the stakeholdersCommunicating with IT leadership, business leadership, and vendors to communicate program strategy, direction, and changesDelivering all projects contained in the project portfolio on time, within budget, and meeting the strategic and business requirementsTracking key project milestones and recommending adjustmentsProject initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, & closingScope definition, validation, and controlSchedule planning, definition, sequencing, estimating, development, and controllingQuality planning, management, and controllingResource planning, estimating, acquisition, development, management, and controllingCommunications planning, management, and monitoringRisk planning, identification, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and response planning, implementation, and monitoringStakeholder identification, planning, management, and engagementIssue management and trackingManaging and mentoring project leaders and project management staff, both intra- and inter-agencyResponsible for the management of one or more medium to large-sized, moderately to highly complex projectsCreating agency specific user acceptance testing planCoordinating, tracking, and assisting with development of user acceptance test scriptsCreating training plan for agency managed end user trainingEnsuring effective communication among project stakeholdersMonitoring contractor performanceServing as a single point of contact for reporting project statusServing as single point of contact between the customer and the PALM project teamProviding detailed and summary reporting of project status, including progress and outlookMaking recommendations for executive action when requiredEnsuring compliance with contractual agreementsCoordinating activities with Information Technology Services (ITS), Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS), BSP, IFS.
