Program ManagerLocation: Chicago, IL – 100% Onsite Long Term Contract – W2 / C2CWe are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with strong expertise in cloud transformation initiatives, particularly on-prem to cloud migration projects. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional teams and managing programs for 100+ enterprise clients. A background in cloud implementation, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence is essential.
PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage large-scale cloud migration programs, including planning, execution, and delivery of cloud transformation projects.Oversee cross-functional teams of 75 to 100 associates working across various technical and functional domains.Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and 100+ external clients to ensure alignment and successful implementation.Define program governance, processes, KPIs, and success metrics.Ensure timely risk management, change control, and issue resolution across projects.Drive collaboration among engineering, cloud architecture, DevOps, and operations teams.Present program status, progress, and roadmaps to C-level stakeholders.Implement best practices in project delivery, communication, and customer engagement.Required Qualifications:10+ years of program or project management experience in IT, with at least 3+ years in cloud implementation or migration.Proven experience managing large, cross-functional teams (75–100 associates).Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem to cloud transition strategies.Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.Preferred Qualifications:PMP or PgMP certification (strongly preferred).Experience managing multi-client environments or delivery in a managed services context.Familiarity with Agile/SAFe and DevOps practices.Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
