Job Summary
We are seeking experienced IT Program Managers (2nd-level) to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives. These roles require expertise in program delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to manage large-scale programs within utility, asset management, or application domains.
This is a hybrid role (4 days in office / 1 remote) .
Open Program Manager Roles
1. Customer Application Implementation Program Manager
- Lead end-to-end implementation of customer-facing applications.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure seamless application rollout.
- Manage requirements, testing, integration, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity across customer systems.
2. Asset Management Program Manager
- Oversee programs focused on asset lifecycle management systems.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align asset data with enterprise systems.
- Implement program governance to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in asset utilization.
- Drive enhancements to enterprise asset management (EAM) systems such as Maximo, SAP, or similar.
3. Portfolio Program Manager (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Manage a portfolio of IT projects, providing executive-level dashboards and portfolio analytics.
- Develop and maintain reports and presentations using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint for senior leadership.
- Track project health, risks, and dependencies across a portfolio of initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights to guide prioritization and resource allocation.
