IT Product ManagerThe IT Product Manager is responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business, assessing information technology systems and leading innovation, streamlining systems and addressing business needs. Works with key department stakeholders to translate business requirements into end-product solutions. Provides daily support of Miller's key IT systems to ensure stable and efficient operations of the business.This is a hybrid role that supports two organizations under the same parent company.

While the primary responsibilities of the function will be to support Miller Milling, the individual will maintain cross-functional capabilities, supporting similar functions and systems at Rogers Foods as part of a multi-organizational working group.Primary DutiesLearn and support key systems within our organization. Become the system expert across all applications that our organization requires to run its business.Develop a deep understanding of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.Identify, analyze, resolve and track systems issuesAnalyze complex business challenges and determine appropriate IT solutionGather data and analyze business and user needsProvide recommendations on hardware and software procurement to support client's business goalsCoordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and support of all applications. Ensure Knowledge repository (IT Glue) is kept up to date.Support the development of guidelines and structures that support IT Simplification goals including the implementation of new IT applications.Conduct post-project evaluationMaintain vendor relationships for ERP and other applications as requested.RequirementsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to understand client point of view and respond to their support needsSupport mindset, empathy and engagement in client support needsProficient in data analysisStrong knowledge of project management principlesStrong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organizationAbility to travel up to 20%QualificationsBachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, IT or related fieldExpert level in Microsoft Office ApplicationsExperience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation)Experience in analysis of business process and workflow, as well as providing evaluation and process improvement recommendations
