Job TitleClient Job Description: ResponsibilitiesDrive migration of Client's user identity, single sign-on and provisioning systems to client's central identity and provisioning systemsDefine and drive cross-functional alignment on migration strategy, customer cohorts and customer communicationDevelop requirements (PRDs, UX designs) for user and subscription migration tools, participate in software lifecycle processes to get those tools developed and deployed into production.Enable internal teams (Support, CSM, Solutions, Sales, Marketing etc) on migration schedule, plans, tooling and technical knowledge.Engage with high profile customers during the migration process to ensure a smooth migration experience and business continuity for them.Partner with cross-functional data migration team, support and CSMs to participate in the migration activityHave an analytical mindset and find ways to measure the success of your product and the features you launch.Be data driven in your decisions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing strong leadership skills and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, written and presentation communication and interpersonal skills. A cross-functional influencer with ability to build strong relationships.5+ years of experience as a product manager or technical program Manager or similar role.Experience with modern web/SaaS technologies and systems is a plus.Experience with identity and provisioning migration is a plusAdditional Skills: Product Management, Marketo, CRM
