To ensure business continuity, the full-time Junior IT Procurement Specialist will manage the procurement lifecycle for essential IT goods, licenses, and services, focusing on cost-effectiveness and efficiency while working remotely. Key responsibilities Implement procurement strategies and process purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for IT-related goods and services Manage company domains, including purchasing, renewal, and compliance with organizational policies Negotiate contracts with vendors and collaborate with the Finance department to ensure budget adherence and cost control Required qualifications Proven experience in IT procurement, preferably in a tech-driven organization Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, IT, or a related field Upper-Intermediate English and fluent Ukrainian or Russian Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective vendor relationships Knowledge of IT equipment/services and proficiency in procurement software and tools
