A leading healthcare system is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Manager to lead strategic vendor negotiations and contract management across a complex enterprise IT environment. This individual will serve as a key partner to IT leadership, finance, and business stakeholders, driving value across technology investments while optimizing vendor relationships, contract terms, and overall spend.
The ideal candidate brings a strong procurement mindset, excels at commercial negotiations, and has a proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings.
Lead end-to-end negotiations for IT contracts, including infrastructure, networking, cloud, software, SaaS, and enterprise technology agreements Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions, RFP processes, and best-and-final offer negotiations Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and structure favorable vendor agreements Own a high-volume portfolio of contracts across multiple technology domains and business units Collaborate closely with IT, finance, sourcing, and operational leaders to ensure timely execution of agreements Develop negotiation strategies that minimize risk while maximizing business value Support contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes and help improve procurement best practices 5+ years of experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or technology contract negotiations
Strong knowledge of commercial contract structures, pricing models, renewal strategies, and vendor benchmarking
Experience managing large contract portfolios in a fast-paced enterprise environment
Background negotiating agreements related to infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, SaaS, or enterprise applications
Demonstrated success reducing costs, improving commercial terms, and optimizing vendor relationships
Experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and processes
Previous exposure to strategic sourcing, supply chain, or procurement transformation initiatives
