Seeking a full-time IT Performance Management SME to work remotely, who will evaluate IT service performance, develop KPIs and SLAs, and provide data-driven recommendations to support Government decision-making. Key responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert for IT performance management and governance activities Develop and assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to evaluate IT service provider performance Analyze technical, operational, and financial data to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 10+ years of experience in IT governance, performance management, or program controls Demonstrated experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT Proven ability to develop and analyze KPIs and SLAs for large-scale IT programs Strong experience in analyzing technical and financial data to identify trends and performance gaps
