To support a hybrid work environment, the IT Operations Manager will design, secure, and manage cloud-first enterprise technologies and network infrastructure while leading junior engineers and overseeing IT Service Desk operations. Key responsibilities: Serve as a technical project lead, performing architectural reviews and mentoring junior IT Operations Engineers Design and integrate cloud-first enterprise platforms, including Okta IdP, SASE, EDR, and MDM systems Oversee operating procedures and training for employee onboarding and device provisioning across a nationwide remote workforce Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in MIS, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in corporate technology platform projects 3+ years in IT leadership roles involving Helpdesk or user-facing support Relevant advanced certifications in security, identity, or administration (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Okta Certified Administrator) Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and coach peers and team members Expert knowledge of enterprise identity principles and experience managing a corporate IT Helpdesk/Service Desk
