Our client is a leading AdTech firm, at the forefront of advertising and creative industries and the tools and tech that power them.
In the New York office, you’ll be key in coordinating IT support for the office and users via their MSP, owning Information Security across Office 365, endpoint and Cloud (AWS) and driving application support for their SaaS products, including the roll-out of new software for the North American markets.
You’ll also be key in delivering an Information and Cyber Security roadmap and work very closely with the Application Support and Platform teams to support clients with production issues, break fixies and any day-to-day issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience of IT Operations and Support.
- Excellent communication skills and a very “user-facing” mentality
- Application / Platform Support skills - Use of log files, SQL, AWS, Linux etc
- Experience supporting SaaS-like software
- Coding / scripting and automation knowledge
- InfoSec experience and a great understanding of modern security threats and tools
- Solid, broad, infrastructure knowledge across networking (Cisco), AD, mobile devices and hardware, Cloud (AWS) Ops, automation and DevOps practices
- A problem-solving, proactive approach to work
