Supporting enterprise batch processing and job scheduling systems, the full-time ClaimsXM IT Operations Automation Administrator I will assist with monitoring job outputs, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating scheduling activities during development, testing, and implementation efforts. Key responsibilities Assist in supporting enterprise job scheduling processes and monitor batch job outputs Work with senior team members to coordinate scheduling activities and document current processes Help identify opportunities for improvement and support the day-to-day operation of the scheduling system Required qualifications 0-2 years of IT experience, internships, or relevant coursework preferred Basic understanding of job scheduling or batch processing tools is a plus Familiarity with HIPAA concepts or secure data handling General knowledge of server environments or an interest in server maintenance tasks Willingness to learn and develop analytical and problem-solving skills
