IT Operations and Security Lead

Owning Zen's internal IT systems and security, the full-time IT Operations and Security Lead will manage identity and access, SaaS governance, and security policies while working remotely within the US CT/ET time zones. Key responsibilities Develop and implement automated workflows for identity and access management, ensuring efficient onboarding, movement, and offboarding of users Establish a comprehensive view of software and service usage, managing licenses and renewals to optimize costs and usage Create and enforce IT and security policies, translating them into actionable processes and training for the organization Required qualifications Proven experience in IT operations and security, particularly in a growing organization Hands-on expertise in identity and access management, endpoint management, and automation Familiarity with SaaS governance, vendor management, and compliance certifications Strong understanding of security principles and the ability to apply them proportionately to business needs Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive IT and security initiatives
