IT Operations and Governance Manager

Seeking a motivated and service-oriented Manager of IT Operations and Governance, this full-time salaried position will oversee end-user IT services, enhance IT service management, and support security and compliance practices while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily delivery of end-user IT services and manage technology onboarding and offboarding activities Support the development of IT service management practices and manage incident and service-request processes Coordinate IT governance and compliance activities, ensuring alignment with SOC 2 standards and internal policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Three to five years of experience in end-user IT, IT operations, service management, or a related technology function Experience leading projects and serving as a technical escalation point Familiarity with incident management and operational troubleshooting Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
