IT Operations Analyst (Fully Remote)

• You'll deliver hands-on IT support in a 24/7/365 operation with end users and Engineering.
• You'll work on automation workflows that reduce toil and impact customer experiences.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years IT support with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Windows, and macOS.
• Working knowledge of ticketing systems, IAM, TCP/IP, plus strong communication skills.
