We're hiring an IT Operations Engineer to own the Mac and SaaS environment behind the leading network automation platform for AI clouds, on-site in Santa Clara.
Their platform automates the network layer for GPU clusters, now running across 35+ live deployments globally, with 800% ARR growth in the last 12 months and backing from a top-tier venture firm. As the team scales, they need someone to keep every employee set up, secure, and productive from day one.
Responsibilities:
You'll own IT operations end-to-end, from managing the Mac fleet and SaaS stack to onboarding, offboarding, and keeping access secure and audit-ready.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience administering a macOS business environment
- Experience with Apple MDM, Apple Business Manager and zero-touch provisioning
- Hands-on Okta administration, including user lifecycle, MFA and app access
- A careful, organised track record with admin access and system changes
