Administer and support enterprise network infrastructure, including servers, LAN/WAN, and communication systems Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, virtualization (Hyper-V), and core applications Support cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) alongside on-premise systems Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across servers, networks, and hardware Implement and maintain network security measures to protect systems, data, and infrastructure Perform and manage data backups and disaster recovery operations Analyze system performance and recommend upgrades, repairs, or improvements Partner with cross-functional teams to support business operations and technical needs Document systems, configurations, and processes to ensure consistency and scalability
Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, and storage Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Microsoft SQL Server Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) Working knowledge of networking components: firewalls, switches, routers Basic experience with Linux systems (server or appliance management) Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and system security best practices Strong organizational and project/task management skill
