We believe everyone deserves to have their best body today and pursue their best life now.This position is based on-site in the Greater Seattle Area.Sono Bello is seeking an IT Manager to oversee operational IT services across clinic and corporate locations in a cloud-first healthcare environment. This role ensures technology systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements. The IT Manager drives service delivery performance, operational accountability, analytics, and continuous improvement across infrastructure, networking, identity, and endpoint platforms.Essential duties and responsibilities:Responsible for overall IT operations across service desk, infrastructure, networking, and endpoint managementAccountable for service performance, including SLA/KPI tracking, operational trend analysis, and ongoing reporting on system, endpoint, and network healthResponsible for escalation oversight and resolution of business-critical incidentsEnsures consistent onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, and documentation practices across all locationsOversees Azure infrastructure to maintain availability, stability, and cost controlMaintains secure and compliant Microsoft 365 services aligned with enterprise standardsResponsible for identity lifecycle management within Entra ID, including access governance and conditional accessOversees Intune and Windows Autopilot to ensure standardized and compliant device deploymentEnsures enforcement of Zero Trust and endpoint security controlsResponsible for network reliability and coordinates vendor support as neededEnsures operational compliance with HIPAA, SOC, and related regulatory requirementsOversees vulnerability management, patch compliance, and audit readinessDrives process improvements and operational efficiency through automation and standardizationProvides leadership, mentorship, and performance management for IT staffManages vendor relationships and supports budgeting and cost oversightSupports operational planning and stabilization of enterprise technology initiativesEducation and experience required:7+ years of progressive IT experience with operational leadership responsibilitiesExperience managing IT operations in a multi-site environmentStrong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and IntuneWorking knowledge of Meraki networking solutionsExperience building performance metrics and executive-level reportingStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsHealthcare or regulated industry experience preferredITIL, Azure, or Cisco certifications preferredWork environment: Work onsite at the corporate office in Bellevue, WA for a minimum of 3 days a week.
