IT Manager (Oracle EPM)

This is a hybrid role in the Lake Forest are 3 days per week

• Lead the design, implementation, governance, and support of Oracle EPM applications (FCCS, EPBCS, EDM) across the finance organization.
• Drive finance technology initiatives, including FP&A, consolidations, reporting, planning, and forecasting solutions.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled capabilities to improve forecasting, reporting automation, data validation, and decision support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of Oracle EPM implementation and support experience (FCCS, EPBCS, EDM).
• Experience delivering business analytics and reporting solutions.
• Strong project leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• CPG or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
