Key responsibilities Provide leadership and accountability for teams, setting priorities and managing daily execution Supervise staff performance, assign work, and support professional development Manage operational issues and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire Active Epic certification in at least one application (MyChart, Healthy Planet, Cheers, HIM) A minimum of five years of combined IT/Healthcare experience, including two years in IT Infrastructure management
