IT ManagerWe are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT department and support both office and field operations. This role is responsible for driving technology strategy, managing day-to-day IT operations, and ensuring systems, tools, and security measures enable productivity, collaboration, and growth across the organization.What You'll DoLead, mentor, and manage IT staff while overseeing daily department operationsDevelop and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals and jobsite productivityRecommend and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and cost controlManage IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deploymentsOversee infrastructure, networks, cloud systems, servers, and end-user devicesEnsure reliability of critical business applications (ERP, estimating, scheduling, project management, timekeeping)Support field technologies including jobsite connectivity, GPS, telematics, reality capture, and survey toolsImplement and maintain cybersecurity measures (firewalls, MFA, device management, backups, disaster recovery)Conduct security audits, ensure compliance, and train employees on cybersecurity best practicesProvide IT support for office staff, field supervisors, and project managersManage IT budget, vendors, contracts, and technology procurementWhat We're Looking ForProven experience managing IT operations and staff in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and business applicationsExperience supporting both office and field technology environmentsExcellent leadership, communication, and project management skillsAbility to translate business needs into practical technology solutionsThis is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on IT leader who enjoys solving problems, supporting teams, and driving technology forward!
