Job Summary
We are seeking an Enterprise Integration Business Partner to serve as a strategic bridge between IT, business units, and Corporate IT . In this role, you will support the successful implementation, integration, and long-term optimization of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment and its connected systems, including MES, PLM, and financial planning tools .
You will play a critical role in aligning technology solutions with business priorities to improve operations, increase production efficiency, and support end-to-end business processes across the organization.
Preferred Certifications / Experience
- ERP platform experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Experience integrating ERP systems with MES, PLM, and financial planning tools
Key Responsibilities
- Must be located in the Buffalo, New York area
- Lead, manage, and develop the Commercial Aircraft ERP Business Process Champion Team, and co-lead the ERP Data Lead Team.
- Build strong partnerships with division and business unit leadership to understand strategic priorities, financial goals, and operational needs.
- Define and own future-state business processes that support organizational objectives and promote global standardization across operations.
- Serve as the primary decision-maker for process-related topics throughout the ERP project lifecycle.
- Ensure process alignment with organizational standards and the ERP Activate methodology across all phases: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.
- Ensure processes meet internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements related to ERP, MES, PLM, and financial planning system integrations.
- Lead ERP-related initiatives and partner closely with Corporate IT ERP teams to ensure alignment with enterprise goals and consistent program delivery.
- Translate business and manufacturing workflows into clear requirements to support system configuration across ERP and connected platforms.
- Support integration planning, implementation, testing, and deployment for ERP connections with MES, PLM, and production financial planning systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or related field)
- 7+ years of IT experience, including:
- ERP implementations and/or enterprise systems integration
- Manufacturing or engineering-based environments
- Acting as a business partner or liaison between IT and business units
- Strong working knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
- Proven experience integrating ERP systems with MES, PLM, and financial planning tools
