You drive delivery excellence across multiple concurrent programs, ensuring alignment to business strategy, technology standards, and organizational priorities. You serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping project direction, influencing decision-making, and establishing clear accountability across (function), business partners, and external vendors.

ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise technology programs across infrastructure, cloud, software, cybersecurity, and data platforms, defining program vision, delivery approach, and governance structuresOversee complex project portfolios, ensuring prioritization, resource alignment, and integration across interdependent initiativesDrive advanced risk management, anticipating organizational, technical, and vendor-related risks and implementing mitigation strategiesMentor and lead cross-functional delivery teams, elevating performance and fostering a culture of accountabilityEngage and influence executive stakeholders, providing clear, data-driven updates and decision frameworksEnsure adherence to enterprise security, compliance, and technology standards, partnering with architecture, cybersecurity, and audit teamsOversee end-to-end testing and deployment readiness, including UAT strategy, cutover planning, and post-deployment stabilizationLead continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing delivery processes, methodologies, and operational handoffsRequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field required4+ years of progressive IT project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives required1+ yrs of OT (Operational Technology) experience in a manufacturing environment requiredCAPM, PMP, Agile or equivalent certification highly preferredDemonstrated ability to deliver enterprise solutions that drive measurable business valueDeep understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems, including infrastructure, cloud services, software development, cybersecurity, and data managementMastery of project and program management methodologies, with the ability to tailor Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall approachesAdvanced leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authorityExceptional communication, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilitiesProven ability to drive quality delivery that meets business expectations and enterprise standardsHigh adaptability and commitment to continuous learningCome and join our Sparkling team!
