IT Infrastructure Project ManagerReporting to Sr. IT Services Director, IT Infrastructure Project Manager will lead planning, execution and delivery of IT Infrastructure projects including Server and Storage Upgrades, Security Initiatives, Network Upgrades, Cloud Migrations and more. This role requires strong project management skills, deep technical understanding of IT Infrastructure systems in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Security, Support etc.)Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocationsEnsure projects are delivered on time and on budgetEnsure that infrastructure solutions align with organizational goals and compliance requirementsManage risks, resolve issues, and communicate project status to stakeholdersCoordinate change management and ensure minimal impact on business operationsEnsure projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budgetMaintain project documentation and generate regular progress reportsContribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure project management practicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years IT Infrastructure support/engineering5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure project managementStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure (Active Directory, networking, storage, servers, VPN, cloud, virtualization, VDI, security)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, O365) and Video Conferencing servicesKnowledge of Enterprise backup solutionsDemonstrated experience managing large-scale, enterprise infrastructure projectsProficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
