Strivector's premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.As an IT Helpdesk Analyst, your roles and responsibilities will include:Install, terminate, and troubleshoot network cables and wall portsProvide basic network supportMaintain accurate IT documentation and related paperworkCreate and manage user accounts via Active DirectoryPerform Windows-based system troubleshootingAdapt quickly to the dynamic needs of a hospitality settingMost importantly, you need to be a passionate IT Helpdesk Analyst who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal IT Helpdesk Analyst would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficientlySolid foundational knowledge of networkingHands-on experience with Active Directory and user account managementFamiliarity with hotel management systems such as Opera, Simphony, or Book4time is highly desirableStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable with fast-moving environments and interacting across departmentsWe understand that even if you are a seasoned IT Helpdesk Analyst, you may not have all the skills listed here.Compensation: Based on Experience.
