Responsible for developing and maintaining IT policies and procedures, the full-time remote IT Governance Lead Analyst will oversee governance processes, enhance IT service delivery strategies, and manage governance committees focused on ITIL best practices. Key responsibilities Oversee and monitor IT governance processes, including standards, policies, and procedures Develop ITSM strategies to improve IT service delivery and manage service level agreements (SLAs) Evaluate IT controls for risk mitigation and compliance, reporting barriers to resolution for incidents and service requests Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience ITIL Certification preferred 5 years of technical experience in information technology or computer science Proven experience in business process mapping and requirements gathering Knowledge of ITIL and Agile frameworks
