Job Details

Our company is a leading player in the construction industry, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Finance Transformation Manager. This is a position where you'll be working at the intersection of finance and technology, driving strategic initiatives, and leading a team to ensure the financial health of our organization. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions, and leveraging technology to optimize financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation and management of our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system, ERP systems, and AI technologies to streamline financial processes.
• Overseeing the creation and maintenance of Hyperion reports, advanced Excel reports, and other financial documents.
• Managing the annual budget, forecasting, and strategic modeling processes to support business growth and profitability.
• Ensuring the integrity of master data, intercompany transactions, and financial consolidations.
• Developing and implementing robust monthly reporting systems to provide clear visibility into financial performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align financial strategy accordingly.
• Leveraging your expertise as a data architect to optimize business systems and drive data-driven decision making.
• Managing FP&A activities and providing strategic insights to senior management.
• Overseeing project management activities related to finance IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing EPM, ERP, and AI systems.
• Strong expertise in advanced Excel, Hyperion, and other financial reporting tools.
• Demonstrated experience in data architecture, managing master data, and optimizing business systems.
• Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, strategic modeling, and financial consolidations.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead complex IT finance projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
