Tech 1 Position
Position is 90-day contract-to-hire. Candidates should be prescreened to confirm that they fit the below requirements listed. Shift is M-F 9am to 6pm with a 1 hr lunch.
Must live near zip code 95206. Must have good admin and organizational skills.
This is a Tech 1 position must have basic knowledge of printer, laptop, desktop, server and network. Transition rate upon full time hire to CompuCom will be $20 - 23.50 for qualified technicians.
Please make sure you set that expectation up front. Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA's)
Technician will travel to each client's location. Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer. Works under general supervision. Local travel required for daily dispatch, Driver's License, Reliable Vehicle, Must pass Drug Test & Background Check. A+ certification required within 6 months of hire.
Deskside support experience and 2 years
