Pay Rate: $20/HR
Candidates should be prescreened to confirm that they fit the below requirements listed. Shift is M-F 9am to 6pm with a 1 hr lunch. Must live near zip code 95129. Must have good admin and organizational skills. This is a Tech 1 position must have basic knowledge of printer, laptop, desktop, server and network. Transition rate upon full time hire to CompuCom will be $20.00 - $23.50 for qualified technicians. Please make sure you set that expectation up front. Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA's)
• Technician will travel to each client's location
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer
• Works under general supervision. Local Travel required for daily dispatch, Driver's License, Reliable Vehicle, Must pass Drug Test & Background Check. A+ certification required within 6 months of hire.
