A key role in the IT operations team, responsible for delivering a modern, efficient, and stable IT workplace for internal customers. This role requires availability for on-call work, including nights and holidays.Responsibilities: As a IT Fab System Technician, you will be:Support project management, architecture design, implementation, and operations in one or more of the following areas: Fab-related system operation/troubleshootingContinuous knowledge base establishingAI-driven system integration and fully utilizing the given platformPrompt engagement with fab users to meet business purposesFollowing standard procedures to conduct system changesAssist continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellenceConduct research and adopt new IT technologies to enhance productivityCollaborate with internal teams and external service providers to address business needs and resolve technical issuesMinimum Qualifications/Requirements:Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited school in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Network Engineering, Programming and Software Development, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis.Technical Skills: Strong communication skills. Proficient in SQL skill at an intermediate or advanced level.
Industry certifications such as Java/Python/JavaScript, LLM, or Machine Learning, are preferred. Expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving across diverse IT systems and environments.Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and presentation skills. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities. Adaptability in fast-paced and dynamic environments.Physical Requirements: Must be willing to work on-site at our Phoenix, Arizona facility.
