We’re looking for an #ITEnterpriseBusinessAnalyst with experience in Healthcare IT, EHR systems, Practice Management, HL7, and clinical workflows.
What You’ll Do
• Analyze business requirements and healthcare system needs
• Support the planning, design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of EHR and Practice Management systems
• Analyze and support clinical workflows and healthcare IT processes
• Work with HL7 integrations, REST APIs, Postman, and Swagger
• Support Windows environments, cloud platforms, and IT security
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve healthcare solutions
What We’re Looking For
• 3 5+ years of relevant Business Analyst / IT experience
• Hands-on experience with EHR / Practice Management systems
• Knowledge of HL7 and healthcare clinical workflows
• Experience with REST APIs, Postman, and Swagger
• Knowledge of Windows and cloud support environments
• Understanding of IT security principles
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
