IT ECM System Team Lead

Job Description and RequirementsRandolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is currently searching for an experienced and talented IT ECM System Team Lead to join our amazing IT Content Services team!The IT ECM System Team Lead will have the ability to work a hybrid schedule (remote/onsite) after a period of training (time frame may vary). Training will take place at the RBFCU Administrative Service Center: 1 Ikea-RBFCU Pkwy, Live Oak, Texas 78233.All applicants must reside within the state of Texas and have the capability of performing all of the work from their home in Texas.To successfully work from home, employees must have access to a minimum internet connection as noted by RBFCU.• Must have a reliable home internet provider and the ability to hard wire a connection directly to modem (Ethernet cable provided).• Must be able to provide a workspace at home that is safe, suitable for work, and within a distraction free environmentUnder the direction of the IT ECM Services Director, this position leads to the strategy, governance, and delivery of enterprise content services. The role oversees ECM platforms, workflows, and team development to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant content management while advancing automation and digital transformation.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Lead the design, support, improvement, and life-cycle management of ECM platforms to ensure they are reliable, scalable, high-performing, and well-integratedProvide leadership, coaching, performance management, and development planning for ECM engineers, administrators, and specialist while managing team capacity and resource allocationEnsure compliance with regulatory, legal, audit, retention, privacy, and security requirements by partnering with key stakeholders to manage risk and maintain auditability across document and workflow activitiesLead workflow automation and process optimization by designing automated solutions, reducing manual effort, and leveraging capture, BPM, RPA, and system integration technologiesOversee the full content life-cycle to ensure enterprise content is properly captured, classified, stored, retrieved, archived, disposed of, indexed, searchable, and accessible to authorized usersDefine, monitor, and report performance metrics to support service optimization, process improvement, user adoption, and continuous improvement of ECM servicesManage ECM vendors and support technologies by evaluating solutionsEnsure compliance with regulatory, legal, audit, retention, privacy, and security requirements by partnering with key stakeholders to manage risk and maintain auditability across document and workflow activitiesKey leadership capabilities, such as learning agility, and advanced software development expertise are essential for effective scalingAll other duties as assigned (note: essential functions and responsibilities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice)Requirements:Associate’s degree in computer science, management information systems or a closely related field or two years' job-related work experience in lieu of associate’s degreeFive-year server support experience in the management of a Document Management System; or successful completion of a relevant program from an accredited technical school; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 1 year Leadership experience of a technical resource groupDemonstrated executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholdersSkills / Certification / Licensing:Knowledge of document management systems, document imaging software, and image capture technologyMust be able to sort and analyze dataMust possess skills in installing hardware and software, in performing diagnostic system tests, in project management and process improvement, and in logical problem solvingMust have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with RBFCU employeesAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other legally protected status.
