About The Role
We are seeking a Business and Operational Resilience Consultant to support enterprise continuity, resilience operations, and system administration activities. This role is ideal for someone who excels in data accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and working within modern resiliency frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing the Operational Resilience Framework, including identifying and documenting Important Business Services (IBS).
- Review, validate, and upload Business Continuity data into Fusion Risk Management.
- Support ongoing system administration tasks within the Fusion platform.
- Develop clear, user-friendly documentation, SOPs, and training materials for end users.
- Create reports to track resiliency progress, compliance metrics, and stakeholder insights.
- Ensure timely completion of system-driven tasks and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to ongoing process optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, or system administration.
- Experience with Business Continuity Planning tools; Fusion Risk Management strongly preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with data validation, data migration, and importing/exporting datasets.
- Strong understanding of Operational Resilience concepts, especially IBS.
- Excellent organizational and time?management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
