Leading the enterprise process intelligence program, the full-time IT Director will manage the Process Mining Center of Excellence, drive process re-engineering initiatives, and promote AI-enabled process intelligence in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Establish and operate the Process Mining Center of Excellence, defining governance and prioritization frameworks Own and scale the object-centric Process Mining program, ensuring data fidelity and integration across enterprise processes Lead cross-functional process re-engineering initiatives, applying methodologies to optimize and standardize processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred 10+ years in business transformation or consulting, with 5+ years in a leadership role Hands-on experience with Celonis or similar process mining platforms Proficiency in SQL/PQL and experience with cloud data platforms Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum), BPMN 2.0, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
