Base pay range

CA$150,000.00/yr - CA$180,000.00/yr

Position: IT Director, PMO

Location: REMOTE (with occasional travel for meetings with leadership)

Summary

As part of the executive leadership team, the IT Director, PMO will oversee IT department administration (budget, contingent workforce, licenses, contracts), develop and implement portfolio/project management processes, support transformation initiatives, and lead IT communications and organizational change management (OCM).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the IT budget in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Negotiate and manage system licenses, service agreements, and vendor partnerships.
• Lead the design and implementation of portfolio/project management processes.
• Provide training and coaching to drive transformation adoption.
• Manage and execute IT communication and OCM plans.
• Oversee logistics for stage-gate decision processes and core team meetings.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT or related experience.
• Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and budgets.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to prepare professional communication packages.
