Providing remote support to a diverse range of clients, the full-time IT Desktop Support Technician for the 2nd shift will assist with computer application problems, server issues, and networking challenges while working collaboratively in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Deliver remote support using industry-standard tools and assist clients on-site as needed Resolve client issues by collaborating with team members and escalating complex problems to third-party vendors Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex issues and contribute to internal projects for the Support Practice Group Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience Experience supporting Windows Server and Exchange infrastructure Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience with server and network administration Familiarity with virtualization and storage technologies is preferred MCSE or related technical certifications are strongly preferred
