Key responsibilities Collaborate with executive leadership to align BI initiatives with business objectives and drive technological innovation Oversee and govern technical standards for BI platforms, ensuring security, scalability, and best practices Establish and manage organizational data visualization standards and reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field is required; Master's Degree preferred Ten or more years of experience in business intelligence and analytics within a healthcare environment Certification in Epic Clarity Data Model and Revenue Data Model required Proven experience providing strategic leadership for BI platforms and governance Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles and their application in BI environments
