To support a growing team, the full-time remote IT Consultant IV will manage customer support for applications and information systems, focusing on software implementation, integration, and solution design while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities: Develops and documents comprehensive business cases to evaluate proposed solutions' costs and benefits Supports solution design by translating requirements into workable business solutions and participating in vendor evaluations Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to identify and capitalize on process improvement opportunities Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field Minimum of six (6) years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field Experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments (preferred) Experience in software or application development (preferred) Strong analytical skills and experience in business case development
