To support IT initiatives and enhance organizational communication, the full-time remote IT Communications Manager will develop and execute communication strategies, translate technical concepts into accessible messaging, and collaborate with IT leadership to ensure effective stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities Develop and execute internal communication strategies for IT initiatives and organizational changes Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly messaging for employees and stakeholders Create and manage content across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with company branding and messaging standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5-8 years of experience in communications, preferably in IT, technology, or healthcare environments Proven ability to simplify and communicate technical information to diverse audiences Experience creating digital content and collateral, including presentations and newsletters Familiarity with collaboration and communication platforms such as SharePoint and Teams
