To establish a robust IT change management practice, the full-time Lead IT Change Manager will design and implement a lightweight, ITIL-aligned change enablement model, influence team adoption, and automate tooling for change requests and approvals in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Design and own a change management model that aligns with ITIL 4 principles and evolves with the organization Act as an internal consultant to engineering and IT teams, promoting voluntary adoption of change management processes Build and automate tooling to capture change requests and streamline workflows, ensuring compliance and audit readiness Required qualifications 7+ years in IT service management or IT change management, with experience building a change process from scratch Working knowledge of ITIL 4 change enablement principles; ITIL 4 Foundation certification preferred Hands-on experience with configuring and administering Jira or similar ITSM/work-management platforms Familiarity with SOX IT general controls and audit evidence requirements Demonstrated ability to drive process adoption through influence and relationship-building
