Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the IT Business Systems Analyst will serve as a liaison for assigned business areas, providing consultative guidance, conducting feasibility studies, and managing the development and testing of technology solutions to meet business objectives. Key responsibilities Provides functional and technical support during the development, implementation, and testing of complex projects Facilitates business requirements gathering and develops detailed functional requirements, user acceptance criteria, and test plans Monitors system implementation to ensure user satisfaction and prepares technical documentation, including flow charts and training materials Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in application development, testing, or business/systems analysis High school diploma or GED Thorough knowledge of information technology fields and computer systems Proficiency in requirements gathering methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC) Experience with business requirements and business process analysis to ensure IT solutions align with business needs
