IT Business System Analyst, PBCS IIClient uses PBCS for our forecasting and budgeting for FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and capacity planning. Our team supports and enhances these applications.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Partner with IT, and Finance counterparts to collaborate on requirements, design, data mapping, and solution for enhancements to existing PBCS ApplicationsServe as a level II support for business users.Serve as a backfill for current team members that is supporting a new project.Participate in Knowledge Transfer sessions and deployment of PBCS Application.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors Degree Required, preferably in MIS, Computer Science, Finance3+ years experience working in PBCS as Admin and/or DeveloperAbility to work in a global, cross-functional environmentAbility to manage conflict and challenge business partners in a professional and respectful manner to reach common goalsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
