Key responsibilities: Lead project functionality delivery by partnering with technical teams and business clients Analyze complex business processes and define detailed requirements for various projects Provide expert consulting in information technology to identify and meet business needs Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience 7 years of job-related experience with Oracle CC&B or similar platforms Occasional travel to business locations such as Stockton or San Ramon is required Experience in business analysis with a focus on complex projects Strong understanding of utility industry processes is preferred
