Supporting purchasing-related functions, the full-time IT Business Analyst will manage ERP applications, facilitate process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into IT demands in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Configure, implement, maintain, and upgrade ERP application modules within the functional area Provide ongoing system support for internal and external applications and ERP modules Analyze user requirements to determine ERP configuration and customization needs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience 0-3 years of experience in business process and/or IT Proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications and knowledge of ERP systems, specifically JDE World Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with data structures, vendor EDI/Punchout, and tools like Power BI or Tableau
