Determines a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required.Supports in determining the target state by applying creative, agile methods and proceduresOrganizes and may lead workshops to derive the target solution on the basis of the target stateCoordination of the involved areas (IT and Business Partner) during the development, testing and rollout of the target solutionSupports and maintains internal IT processes (ex: Incident Management) and associated documentation. May improve existing approaches.Supports thorough problem management as the coordinator after incidents including in-depth Root Cause Analysis, Countermeasures and Solution planningMay be required to provide after-hours / on-call duty supportParticipate in the plant expansion and other projects.Participate in regular scheduled team meetingsPerforms other duties as assigned.Responsible for Application Operations for all business systems in their area.QualificationsBachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant working experience.
