Join us to turn complex information into engaging content and facilitate user success.Required Skills & Qualifications5 years' experience in software development with a firm understanding of SDLC (software development lifecycle).Technical experience with Copilot in Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and Eclipse (.Net, Java, Python).Proficient at creating and organizing content using Confluence and Sharepoint.Experience in developing documentation, knowledge articles, and creating instructions, guidelines, and "canned" customer responses.Strong written and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to present to small groups.Works effectively independently with the ability to lead and influence with and without direct authority.Strong time management skills to deliver high-quality work for multiple projects while meeting deadlines.Strong learning capability and enjoys learning new tools and technologies.Prior work experience at client or in the client's industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience with work management tools such as Atlassian Jira.Technical experience in using Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, XLR, Tower).Technical experience with writing SQL queries and working with BI tools to support ad hoc analysis and improvements.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesEducate technologists on the tools they use in SDLC processes according to standards.Work with subject-matter experts to create user-friendly documentation and guidance.Support collaboration channels for technologists and help them solve day-to-day tasks.Company Benefits & CultureComprehensive health and wellness benefits.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and innovative work environment.
